If your complaint remains unresolved after 7 days, or you are not satisfied with our response, escalate through any of the following SEBI channels:

Protecting Investors from Unauthorised Schemes and Impersonation
To protect yourself from unauthorised schemes and fraud due to impersonation, please follow these guidelines:
- Pay Research Analyst service fees exclusively to the registered entity's bank account. For example, if the entity is registered as CITY EQUITY RESEARCH with SEBI, ensure that your research service fees are directed solely to the CITY EQUITY RESEARCH bank account or through an authorised payment gateway — and nowhere else.
- Always request email communications from the RA's registered email ID as listed on the SEBI website under Research Analysts.
- Inform the Research Analyst immediately about any suspicious accounts or communications you receive in their name.
